**Terms and Conditions for Vikki's Sweet Treats LLC**


Effective February 22, 2025


Welcome to Vikki's Sweet Treats LLC! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


1. General Information

Vikki's Sweet Treats LLC is a small baking business that specializes in sweet desserts: cookies, cakes, and mini cakes. Our goal is to provide high-quality baked goods made with fresh ingredients. 


Disclaimer: MADE IN A COTTAGE FOOD OPERATION THAT IS NOT SUBJECT TO STATE FOOD SAFETY INSPECTIONS 


2. Ordering

- Orders for events must be placed 1 month ahead of the event date

- Information required for event orders: the event date, gathering size, and any allergies

- Large orders (exceeding 24 mini cakes or cookies) must be made via email (vikkissweettreat42@yahoo.com)

- Minimal requested order size for mini cakes or cookies is 24

- Event orders can only be placed in increments of 12 

- Confirmation of your order will be sent via email


3. Pricing

- Prices for our baked goods are listed on our website/menu and are subject to change

-There will be no prior notice for any price changes

- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

- For requested orders, the price is dependent upon the order and varies (based on size of the order, delivery/shipping, and the type of requested item(s))


4. Payment

- Payment is required in full at the time of placing an order, including event orders. Orders will not be fulfilled if payment is not received in full at the time of purchase  

- The accepted forms of payment are credit/debit card, PayPal, Cashapp, Venmo, and Zelle

- Delivery fees will be charged at the time of placing the order


5. Cancellations and Refunds

- All cancellation requests are to be made through email: vikkissweettreats42@yahoo.com

- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 72 hours after  placing the order in order to receive a full refund

- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 72 hours of placing the order

- If the item is already in transit and a cancellation request is received, no refund will be issued

-For orders that have been received, you have 48 hours after receiving your item(s) to place a cancellation request

- No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made after 48 hours of receiving the order

- In order to receive a full refund, for shipped or locally delivered item(s), for an already received item, a picture of the item(s), description of the issue, order number, shipping/delivery address and name on the order must be listed in the email. If details are missing or unable to be confirmed in the cancellation request, your order will not be considered for a refund

- No refund will be issued for partially eaten food


6. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

- Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary restrictions

-While the utmost care is used to try and prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur, as our products are made in a shared kitchen

- The shared kitchen is used to prepare items that contain nuts

-Ingredients are listed under each menu item

7. Local Delivery

- Delivery fees are to be paid once the order is placed

- For local delivery orders the recipient's phone number, delivery address, and full name must be listed at the time the order is placed

- Delivery orders must be placed 1 week in advance

- Delivery options are available within 20 miles. Delivery fees vary.

- Orders outside of the delivery range are going to be shipped

- Home deliveries are the standard delivery location

- Deliveries will only be made during operation hours (located on the website)

- An email will be sent when your delivery is on the way and has been delivered

-Local deliveries will be made even if the resident is not home to receive the package


8. Shipping

- Baked goods are made the day before shipping for the optimal freshness, shipping may take anywhere from 5-7 business days and this may impact freshness

- Once an order has been sent, an email will be sent to confirm the shipping date and ETA

- Order updates will be sent via email


9. Quality Assurance

- We take pride in our products. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us via email, vikkissweettreats42@yahoo.com,  within 48 hours of receiving your item(s) for a resolution


10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

-Vikki's Sweet Treats LLC reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email

Return and Refund Policy

Effective October 26, 2024


At Vikki's Sweet Treats LLC, we take pride in the quality of our baked goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:


1. Return Eligibility

    Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. If your order arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


2. Contact for Issues

    To report a damaged product or issue with your order, please email us at vikkissweettreats42@yahoo.com. Included in the email should be a picture of the item(s), description of the issue, order number, shipping/delivery address and name on the order.


3. Refunds

    Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis for damaged products or errors in your order. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.


4. Cancellation Policy

    Orders may be canceled for a full refund if requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery/shipping date. Cancellations made after this time frame will not be eligible for a refund.
